The third bedroom is decorated as the ''kids room''with 2 single 90x200 beds and a chest of drawers.

The apartment is situated in a 2nd line beach community, 150m from the Paseo Maritimo & direct tunnel access to the beach.

There is a nice cafeteria and quality restaurant on the next building, as well as a small supermarket. 

Fully equipped modern open kitchen with Fridge&Freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffeemaker. Led lights.

The apartment benefits from beautiful communal gardens and a shared, gated, swimming pool.

The bathroom is equipped with a rainshower, toilet, big mirror & washing machine.

Car Hire is not essential but will make transport easier!

We can arrange Airport Transfers if required, please ask us for a quote.   The nearest Train Station is Torreblanca.

We can also offer local trips*, Water Parks, Tivoli Theme Park, Mijas, Ronda, Gibraltar....etc...
