VILLA IN BENALMADENA
The entrance level of this Villa in Benalmadena features a bright and cheerful living/dining room that exudes comfort and warmth, a fully-equipped kitchen and a further seating room/bedroom with a good quality double sofa bed. There is also an office work desk in this room.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms impressively furnished with new quality beds. Three of the bedrooms offer patio door access that leads out to the shared terrace, where you can soak up the beautiful view and breathe in the fresh air.
The Living Room
The Lounge is spacious, with 3 large windows making it Bright & Cheerful.
This room has a feature fireplace that’s perfect for chilly nights. The leather sofas are comfortable and can be adjusted to your preferred position, and the dining area is equipped with an extendable table that can accommodate all guests.
There is a Flat-Screen TV & Stereo System with the possibility of using your own Netflix.
The Kitchen
The recently refurbished modern kitchen is more than adequately furnished with all the appliances that you might need, including a breakfast bar area. In addition to this, a separate utility room features a washing machine and plenty of space for drying clothes.
The Bedrooms
All bedrooms have AC, USB connectors, ceiling fans, hair-dryers, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space throughout.
The Bathrooms
This luxurious villa also boasts two beautifully refurbished modern family bathrooms upstairs, one of which has a large modern walk-in shower while the other has a sunken bath and large modern shower cubicle.
On the ground floor, there is a refurbished modern bathroom, with toilet and shower.
GARDEN & POOL
This Villa in Benalmadena is surrounded by its Beautiful Garden with fruit trees, a grapevine, and a Feature Wishing Well.
There is exterior security lighting all round the property and different Terraces/Seating Areas for all times of the day.
Family-sized private pool with plenty of sun beds to relax on. By the pool, there is also a barbeque area for those sunny al fresco dining experiences.

Mukava loma. Majoitus oli kokonaisuutena oikein hyvä.
Sijainti oli erinomainen. Benalmadenan vanha kaupunki oli kävelymatkan päässä. Sieltä löytyi hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Tilat olivat siistit ja uima-allas oli hyvä ja tarpeeksi syvä.Lämmityksen kanssa oli vähän ongelmia, kaikissa huoneissa ilmalämpöpumppu ei toiminut kunnolla. Sulake paloi myös pari kertaa.
Prachtige vakantie in een mooie villa en veel zien en te beleven in de omgeving
Prachtige villa en een schitterend uitzicht op de kust en op de bergen. Meerdere terrassen en het zwembad ligt wat lager met een extra poort op het terras. Dus veilig met kleine kinderen. Mooie rustige omgeving en op loopafstand met wat klimmen ben je zo in een leuk klein centrum met een locale bakker en supermarkt. Ook leuke pleintjes met terrasjes en restaurants. En een speeltuin met uitzicht Benalmadéna en de zee. Heel prettig, rustiger en meer tussen de locals dan aan de kust. Een auto is wel aan te raden.In de omschrijving staat dat er badhanddoeken aanwezig zijn, we kregen er 2 per persoon voor 1 hele week, zoals ook 1 theedoek. Er is wel een wasmachine aanwezig. Maar dan nog. Die info kan beter zodat je er rekening mee kunt houden.

Sijainti todella mahtava!!! Todella miellyttävä yhteyshenkilö ja moitteeton yhteydenpito. Uima-allas ei lämmitetty.

Det var et godt ophold.Vi måtte vaske op i hånden da opvaskemaskinen ikke virkede.

Väldigt fint hus med pool och en otrolig utsikt! Det man bör tänka på är att det är mycket branta backar i området vilket några av de äldre tyckte var jobbigt.
Fantastic view. Nice and big house.
Well equipped kitchen. Nice living room, however the dining table has only 6 chairs and difficult to sit more than 8. Emily is very helpful and service minded. The local town is beautiful and very close walking distance. There is a fantastic Danish bakery close to the house where we bought bread every morning. All in all the place is highly recommended.
A really lovely villa, ideal for a family holiday
Villa much larger than we expected with stunning gardens and lots of outdoor space, so our party of ten adults never felt on top of each other. Very well appointed bedrooms with plenty of hanging and draw space. Bathrooms spacious and very clean. The kitchen was probably the best equipped I have ever seen, everything you could ever need, including plastic plates etc for outdoor use. Pool was so welcome in the scorching heat. However I do feel the pool area could do with a face lift and the pool itself had quite a few tiles missing. Emily was extremely helpful and friendly who responded to our queries immediately. A really lovely villa, ideal for a family holiday, we hope to return!
Great place to stay as a family.
Lovely villa big enough for your own privacy. The swimming pool is great and we made use of the bbq. All the amenities you would need. The villa is in a quieter area of Benalmádena but you can walk up to the local area. This is about a 10 minute walk and there is bars and restaurants and a bus route. Taxi is around 10 euros down to the beach which you can order on uber
Highly recommend
Amazing place to stay in Benalmadena Pueblo - would highly recommend. The Villa itself is stunning and was absolutely perfect for us. There are several outside seating areas which have beautiful views down to the sea. We had a 2 year old with us and the areas are sectioned off with gates (including to the pool), which made it all very secure. The kitchen and sitting room are large and well equipped and all of the bedrooms are lovely - with balconies overlooking the stunning views. The location is hilly - so the Villa has lots of steps and it’s a bit of a climb up to the main pueblo - but it’s perfectly manageable and it just makes the cold beer at the top even more enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again - and certainly hope to do so soon.
