The Living Room
This beautiful Villa in Benalmadena Costa offers an open and spacious living area, with pleanty of seating, with direct access to the BBQ & Bar area, as well as the chill-out sofas on the shaded terrace.
The Kitchen
The recently refurbed kitchen to a modern standard includes a large double-doored frigge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary appliances to accomodate your self-catering holiday. The island an offers an induction hob and lots of space for self-catering cooking. At the end of the kitchen, you will find a utility room with a washing machine and direct access to the garden.

- Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor level with its own furnished terrace. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath.
Super King Bed – 180 x 200 (cm) - Romantic Room: Located on the ground floor, 2 windows; west-facing & south-facing, with garden views. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Super King Bed – 180 x 200 (cm) - Green Room: Located on the ground floor, north-facing, with garden views. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Super King Bed – 180 x 200 (cm) - Twin Room: Located on the ground floor, 2 windows; west-facing with garden views & east-facing with terrace views.
2 x Single beds – 90 x 200 (cm) - Library Room: Located on the ground floor, south-facing, with garden views.
Double bed – 140 x 200 (cm) - The Apartment: The villa benefits from a seperate apartment with it’s own entrance. Recently refurbed with a walk-in en-suite shower room.

GARDEN & POOL
The villa is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens with flowers, fruit trees and palms. Please help your self to all the seasonal fruit around the garden, such as bananas, figs, lemons, oranges, peaches, etc.
There is exterior security lighting all round the property and different Terraces/Seating Areas for all times of the day. You can enjoy Al-Fresco dining on the large covered terrace with ample dining space and furnished with sofa’s for your comfort, with an outside bar, BBQ area and Pizza Oven. Unlimited supply of logs for oven and chimney available upon request.
The pool is filled with salt water – gentle to your skin, eyes and hair. You will find plenty of sun beds to enjoy all day sun!
The villa offers private grounds for car parking, as well as a closed garage with a ping-pong table.

Everything was as described kitchen setup had everything outdoor area and bbq were great

Great villa with excellent amenities.Would highly recommend for large families or friends wanting a group getaway.Only issue for us was the road resurfacing which impacted our use of the villa over a couple of days with lots of noise and dust. The owners were quick to send out the pool cleaners again the following day which was greatly appreciated.

Amazing time, so well equipped the villa just had everything definitely a home from home. We will book again in the future. The check in and out was so straight forward and communication was also very prompt
Fantastic Villa
Fantastic villa, everything to hand, fabulous views. We were 7 adults and 6 children ranging from a 1year old to a 10 year old. Plenty of room for everyone. Undercover area was great enabling us all to gather and eat together. Lovely pool enjoyed by everyone. Will definitely look to return in the future.
