HOUSE IN FUENGIROLA
The Living & Dining Area
On the entrance level of this House in Fuengirola, you will find the Living/Dining room, with a chaise-lounge sofa and arm chair, TV and dining table and seating for 6. Additionally, this bright and spacious room, furnished with stylish decoractions, offers direct access through large patio doors to the terrace.
The Terrace
The house offers a private, terraced, chill-out area, furnished with comfortable sofa chairs and coffee table, where you can peacefully enjoy spectacular mountain views.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. Also you will find a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all that you need for your self-catering holiday.
The First Floor
On the first floor you will find Bedroom 1 (2 single beds) with ensuite bathroom, and Bedroom 2 (1 double bed) with a separate bathroom.
Both of the first floor bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and small balconies, one to the east and one to the west.
The landing offers a desk if you need to work.
The Second Floor
On the third floor is Bedroom 3 (2 single beds) with a chest of drawers to store your belongings and an ensuite bathroom.
In addition to this, there is also a sun terrace on the top floor with 2 sun beds.
The Garage
The house benefits from a private garage, on the basement level, that fits 2 cars, accessible through the property.
Here, you will also find the utility area with a washing machine and a drying airer.
THE RESORT
This Town House in Fuengirola is located in a beautiful residential community in Torreblanca which offers an Infinity Pool with breath-taking views overlooking the Fuengirola coastal line.
The pool area benefits from a glass elevator lift, taking you down to the lower road – only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars/restaurants, bus stop and 1km to the train station!

Sijanti oli loistava
Sijanti oli loistava. Ajattelimme etukäteen, että joudumme jotenkin nousemaan vuorella ja tuo siirtyminen on vaivalloista tai raskasta. Ei, majapaikan sijainti on loistava ja ihan oikeasti helposti saavutettavissa ja vain muutaman minuutin päästä rannasta. Alue on rauhallinen ja turvallinen ja kauppa on ihan vieressä. Maisemat lovat mielettömän hienot ja uima-altaalta on hienot näkymät kaupunkiin. Asunto on oli myös erittäin hyvä ja käytännöllinen. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella on omat sosiaalitilat, mikä on tosi hyvä. Keittiö on pienehkö, mutta käytännöllinen. Saimme aamupalat hvin tehtyä. Me emme tehneet jurikaan ruokaa keittiössä ja uskomme, että keittiön riittävyys ruoan tekemiseen isolle ryhmälle ei ole sopivaa. Keraaminen liesi on niin vanhanaikaista ja hidasta. Negatiivisena puolena oli, että lintu on ilmeisesti tehnyt talon katolle pesän ja kolmannen kerroksen parvekkeelle ei voinut mennä, koska lintu hyökkäily kun ihminen me meni parvekkeelle. Annoimme tästä palautetta omistajalle
Fantastic stay at a lovely house
A really fantastic stay at a lovely house. All neighbours were very friendly and welcoming. Emily Brooks who was managing the property for us was fantastic making the check in, check out and answering any questions we had expertly. The property is amazing with 3 balcony's and a great view and just an all round beautiful place. We loved every minute, especially at the airbnb and will be returning in the near future hopefully. Thanks for all your help and letting us stay at the property, it was the perfect holiday !
Would highly recommend this place!
We loved this place and it was perfect for 3 couples. It was nice that we could easily walk into town and the beach but be able to go back to the quiet airbnb and the amazing pool! The host was great as was the management company who was very easy to work with and responsive. Would highly recommend this place!
Overall would definitely recommend.
Great house, very clean, roomy and comfortable. Very close to beach, pubs and restaurants, and only a short bus/taxi ride to the main centre of Fuengirola. The pool area is very nice; there are, however, only 6 sun loungers, which does not meet the demand for the amount of properties in the vicinity - some had 8 occupants which would take all availability. Our Co-Host Emily was very good; starting with booking, arranging our airport pickup and returns. Comms were excellent and available for any queries. Overall would definitely recommend.
Fabulous stay
We as a grown up family had a fabulous stay. The house was even better than described. Very spacious , clean and practical. The small complex is beautiful, pretty and peaceful. It was only a short walk from the beach and train, found several little short cuts. The only problem would have been the steps and stairs up to the properties if you had small children or mobility issues. There is a lift but it was not working.. noted an engineer had been called and got it working for the 3rd day. Definitely would return. We will be recommending to our friends and family.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment, which is conveniently located just 15 min walk from the beach. The proximity to the seaside was a definite highlight, making it easy to enjoy the view from above. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, offering all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic
The accommodation was fantastic and has everything you need for your stay, its located on a quiet residential area and the people are extremely friendly and were very good at providing recommendations on places to eat or visit. The pool is amazing and is even better than the photos with the views of the beach and also the mountains. The house is located at the top of a hill, however there is a lift (and stairs) which can be accessed through a lower garage which means that access is very easy. There is also a local shop within 5 minutes walk as well as the bus stops for Benalmadena and Fuengirola which makes this a fantastic location. I would also highly recommend a visit to Mijas as this is a truly amazing place. Sirke and Emily were both extremely helpful in ensuring that we we had a fantastic holiday.
Amazing holiday
This was an amazing holiday, first time myself my husband and my 4 grown up children have managed to spend that much quality time together in such a stress free and relaxed environment. We were able to walk everywhere with all on our doorstop, including a train ride into the charming Torremolinos. Loved the apartment was pearfect for us and the view from the balcony. The beach was amazing and relaxed and the restaurants easy to get seated and enough variety, everyone was so friendly. Especially enjoyed sitting under an umbrella on the beach and ordering from the bar. Thank you so much to our amazing host, Sirke and the friendly and helpful Emily. Will definitely go again.
