The Terrace
The house offers a private back garden/terrace, with both a shaded chill-out area and an open space with exterior dining table and chairs. The terrace is accessible through the Kitchen door, or from the dining area.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. Also you will find a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all that you need for your self-catering holiday.
The Entrance Floor
As you enter the front door, you will find a guest toilet to your left, in front of you – the fully equipped kitchen, and to your right the dining and living room. From the hall way you can access both the 1st floor and the basement (private garage).
The First Floor
All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. In addition to this, there is a family bathroom and the Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The Garage
The house benefits from a private garage, on the basement level, that fits 1 car, which is also accessible through the property.
THE RESORT
This Town House in Benalmadena / Torremolinos is located in a residential community on the border of the two towns, subsequently within minutes walk to all the necessary amenities each way, including the beach and Puerto Marina.
This holiday home benefits from a shared communal pool, open only during the summer months.
