The Living & Dining Area
This House in Benalmadena offers a large open lounge area with 2 & 3 seater sofas, plus a dining area with a dining table and chairs. Cable/Satellite TV.
The Terrace
The house offers a private back garden/terrace, with both a shaded chill-out area and an open space with exterior dining table and chairs. The terrace is accessible through the Kitchen door, or from the dining area.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. Also you will find a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all that you need for your self-catering holiday.
The Entrance Floor
As you enter the front door, you will find a guest toilet to your left, in front of you – the fully equipped kitchen, and to your right the dining and living room. From the hall way you can access both the 1st floor and the basement (private garage).
The First Floor
All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. In addition to this, there is a family bathroom and the Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The Garage
The house benefits from a private garage, on the basement level, that fits 1 car, which is also accessible through the property.
THE RESORT
This Town House in Benalmadena / Torremolinos is located in a residential community on the border of the two towns, subsequently within minutes walk to all the necessary amenities each way, including the beach and Puerto Marina.
This holiday home benefits from a shared communal pool, open only during the summer months.

Great location
Great location and transport links. Hiring beach towels was well worth it. The house was lovely and clean although there was acouple of packed cases and odd bits of clothing around the house which was strange.We had quite a few ants mainly in the kitchen but were easily taken care of. The pool was nice but just for a quick dip, not really a place you would spend the day.The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. We appreciated the condiments that were left. We had a great time at the house and would go back if in the area again.

Great family accommodation
Beautiful townhouse, actually bigger than it appears in the listing. Perfect for larger families or even to share with others. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with an amazing communal pool. There are even toilets at the pool area which is especially great when you have kids there. Overall a fab holiday home and perfect experience from booking right through to leaving.
Family get away
Large clean property in a quiet residential area. Communal pool lovely. While the house is large and spacious some attention required as stair gates not safe for small children. Extra charge for high chair and decided to hire pushchair also however not able to use due to the height of puschair to low.
Muy Buena opción con pequeñas cosas a mejorar
La casa está muy bien, pero necesita mejorar algunos aspectos, menaje del hogar, cuchillos de cortar del pan sartenes cazuelas, esprimidor tostadora . Otra cosa a mejorarlas sillas del comedor. Por lo demás muy bien todas las estancias con aire acondicionado, y la piscina comunitaria está muy bien Sitio recomendable
Great location and everything we needed
Great location close to the beach and easy walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool. Friendly residents. The house has everything we needed and everyone felt very much at home.
Fabulous
This property is great. Bigger than expected. Loved the garden and the pool was bliss. Great location, beaches close, and if you walk up the hill there's a fab tapas bar, for those evenings when you want a quiet evening.
Recomendable
Casa grande, fiel a las fotografías, barrio tranquilo y no lejos de la playa. Tiene garaje y zona comunitaria. Tiene detalles como libros y vídeos antiguos que se pueden ver. Estuvimos muy bien aunque la casa se supone que es para 8 personas y faltan sillas en el comedor, menaje, los colchones están para renovar... pero hemos en general recomendable.
Lo recomiendo al 100%
Es un adosado muy cómodo y bien ubicado. Toda nuestra estancia fue excelente y Emily es una maravillosa anfitriona, respondía de forma amable y rápida, al igual de ser muy flexible con la llegada y la salida. No le pongo 5 estrellas al alojamiento porque tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, tardaba mucho en calentar y solo alcanzaba para el baño de una persona. Sin contar este pequeño inconveniente, fue un placer hospedarnos acá. Lo recomiendo al 100%
