The Lounge
As you walk in to this beautiful apartment , you will immediately find yourself in the open kitchen – dining – living room, with a comfortable double sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Additionally, you will also find a Smart TV with Google Crome. AC/Heating throughout.
The Terrace
This apartment offers a nice size, sunny, south west facing terrace, accessed directly from the living room. For your comfort, the terrace offers a sofa, chairs and coffee table. Here you can enjoy all-day-sun with beautiful open views.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge with a small freezer department, portable oven and hob. Also, you will find a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all that you need for your self catering holiday.
The Bedroom
The bedroom is featured with a double bed, two bed side tables with lamps, built-in wardrobe with large mirrors and a chest-of drawers. As well as this, the bedroom also offers AC and a window with mosquito net.
The Bathroom
The bathroom features a nice size vanity unit, a large mirror with extra lighting, a walk-in shower cubical, shelves unit. In addition to this, you will also find a washing machine.

The Apartment is in a residential community just off Palm Tree Avenue which offers a shared pool during the Summer months and a pool-side garden.
The community is located a few minutes walk to the local shops, supermarket, farmacy, bars & restaurants.
Just out of town but with all the necessities covered, the apartment is just a short walk from the Town and the Beach.

Puntuación: 10 10 Прожила в этой квартире весь ноябрь и однозначно осталась довольна! Прилетала в Малагу рано, а улетала поздно и хозяева любезно разрешили мне рано заехать и поздно выехать, когда мне было удобно. 👍Прекрасная солнечная терасса, комфортная большая кровать, мягкие одеяла, большой телевизор с интернетом, на кухне есть все необходимое, было даже "welcome beer" 😄 в холодильнике, посуды достаточно, было и масло оливковое и разные приправы 👍 Море рядом, примерно 10 мин.☺️ Будьте готовы ходить по горам - вверх-вниз, куда бы вы не пошли😉 Меркадона (продуктовый магазин) тоже рядом - 5 мин., но возвращаться из неё это абсолютный квест - когда несешь продукты и при этом тебе нужно подняться в гору под весьма сильным уклоном, или по лестнице через бассейн. Конечно это не очень критично, но для тех кто не привык и приехал без машины, это может стать проблемой.😉
Plage, restaurant, piscine, boîte, dodo et rebelote.
Le coin est sympas, le balcon est spacieux avec une jolie vue, l’appartement est équipé, proche des restaurants et commerces. La piscine est bien aussi. Un peu difficile à trouver la première fois.

L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence calme et sécurisée avec une piscine super agréable le qui reste ouverte jusqu’à 22h. La plage Bil Bil est à quelques minutes de marché. Il a tout ce qui faut, les hôtes ont vraiment pensé à tout même des chapeaux, jeux de société , raquettes pour la plage etc … J’ai rarement vu un appartement aussi bien équipé

Ideal base for Benalmadena!
Excellent communication with the owner, very responsive and super helpful. Apartment as per photos, lovely big balcony with nice view, large screen smart TV perfect for using your NetFlix etc. All utensils/equipment you could need in kitchen and washing machine was a bonus. Mercadona and Lidl very close by as are restaurants and bars albeit it is nice and quiet. The beach a short stroll away.

La localisation, l’environnement et voisinage agréable Problème de douche qui coule sur le plancher de la salle de bain (j’ai dû faire une installation temporaire pour essayer de régler la situation)- problème d’humidité Électroménagers qui ne répondent pas aux besoins d’un long séjour de 4 semaines (mini frigo, mini four) Divan lit inconfortable,
Heerlijke plek
Het apartment was prima uitgerust. Vooral de zonligging van het terras, de hele dag zon, in de winter erg fijn. De locatie was dicht bij winkels en restaurants. 10 min lopen vanaf het strand. Met openbaar vervoer naar Malaga, Torremolino, Fuengirola of Mijas. Wij hebben erg ook veel gefietst. Parkeren geen probleem. Wij komen zeker terug!

le parking est vraiment très appréciable la douche n'a pas de porte et elle est trop petite, on met de l'eau partout

Buena ubicación
Creo que es un poco cara para mi gusto. Por cierto la puerta del balcón se me cerró. Creo que la pegatina tiene que estar fuera, la ví en la pared una vez cerrada la puerta. Avisar que la valla de la entrada a la urbanización se abre con acercar el coche, porque estuvimos en la puerta intentando buscar a alguien que nos dijera como entrar y poder aparcar. Gracias
