Our Services to You
We will advertise your property through our various sources including our extensive contacts within other agencies on the Costa del Sol, prominent advertising in a number of popular newsheets and also through our profesional, informative highly ranked web site.
We source the tenants for you, conduct viewings, ensure your prospective tenant provides us with the following, where possible:
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of residence/NIE number
- Copy of work contract or proof of substantial bank deposit
- Copy of recent bank statement
- If possible references from previous landlords
- 2 months deposit in case of furnished properties
- 1 months deposit in case of unfurnished properties
- 1 months rent in advance
- We will then draw up the rental contract in Spanish (to satisfy Spanish legal requirements)
If we are not successful in finding a tenant for your property you pay us nothing.
We offer a full management service to the owners of rented properties if required.
This encompasses the following:
- Monthly collection of rent in cash from the tenant at the property (enabling us to do a cursory check of the property).
- Banking of the rent to the owners account.
- Full call out service to the tenant in the event of any problems.
- Services of quality tradesmen for repairs and maintenance.
- Liaising with the owner in relation to all of the above.
This service basically ensures the owner of a hassle free rental term with no direct contact with the tenant necessary.
